The website www.milenabyparis.gr (hereinafter “MILENA by PARIS” is the official online presence and the online store of the company with the name “AVGEROU EVANGELIA & SIA O.E.” and the distinctive title “MILENA by PARIS”. The headquarters of the company is located in Kallithea, Attica, 55 Ilektras str. with Tax Identification Number 999448894 - Tax Office of Kallithea.

The primary concern of the company is the listing of the terms that govern the rights and obligations of MILENA by PARIS to all those who visit the website (hereinafter “the Guest”) but also their information about their rights and obligations, in order to better serve in terms of searching and acquiring the products they wish to purchase from its online store.

Prices of products sold

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). MILENA by PARIS reserves the right to adjust prices.

Availability: For all products contained in the MILENA by PARIS catalogs there are clear indications of the availability of the MILENA by PARIS warehouse. In this way, the Guest will be able to easily find out, before placing an order, which of MILENA by PARIS products are available in its warehouses and immediately deliverable, which products are not immediately available but are expected to be received from suppliers on a specified date and, finally, which products are not available but are expected to be informed by the suppliers about the exact date of their receipt. Nevertheless the Guest can send their order, even for products that are not available in the warehouses of MILENA by PARIS and MILENA by PARIS will contact the Guest by e-mail and/or telephone, within a reasonable time, to inform them about the possible time of receipt of the product by the supplier and its subsequent delivery to the Guest. In this case, the Guest have the possibility, if they deem that this period is not satisfactory, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question. In any case, it must be made clear that the above mentioned delivery time of the order also depends on the availability of the products in the warehouses of MILENA by PARIS. In addition, the Guest is given the opportunity to choose if they wish to pick up all the products which, due to their varying availability, will have different delivery times, with delivery to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver to the courier service or to receive them in partial deliveries, depending on the time they can be delivered.

Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to the Guest within the predetermined time, the Guest is informed by e-mail, in order to inform us if they wish, under these conditions, the completion of their order.

MILENA by PARIS liability: In case a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, the Guest reserves the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with shipping costs of MILENA by PARIS or refund. MILENA by PARIS is not responsible for an organized attack by hackers aimed at stealing users’ personal information.

Procedure messages: MILENA by PARIS enables its Guests to choose their information about the new products available on the market and for any other offers, payment arrangements, etc., by sending advertising - informational messages to their e-mail or postal address or by phone.
